    What do you need to know on the phone to get the right unit on the van?

    Will you install a system I have already bought myself?

    Do I get paperwork for a new gas hot water install?
    Yes. Gas work is licensed work and a compliance certificate is issued for it. You should keep it. It is what a future buyer, an insurer or the gas supplier will want to see, and it names the licence that did the work.
    Can you get a cylinder up to a unit above ground floor?
    Usually, but it needs planning rather than improvising on the day. Stair access, lift bookings, protecting common area floors and where the old unit goes on the way out all have to be sorted first, and some buildings want notice.
