    About the suburb

    Norwest has only existed as a named suburb since 2018 and the housing reflects that: apartments around the metro and the lake, townhouses and low density streets from the nineties and two thousands at the southern end. There is no century old pipework here to blame.

    We isolate instead. Shut the apartment off at its own valve and watch what happens to pressure, then work fixture by fixture. It is slower than reading a dial but it gets there.
