About the suburb

Norwest only became a suburb in its own right in 2018, which makes it one of the youngest addresses we cover. Before that it was the business park, and the office towers are still the thing most people picture.

What changed it was the metro. Apartment buildings have gone up around the station in the last few years and the resident population keeps climbing past the 4,688 counted in 2021. I work in the business park all week. Can you come outside business hours?
